MMG B.V. only supplies to the trade.
Metaalunie conditions
All quotations, orders and agreements concluded with MMG B.V. are subject to the METAALUNIE CONDITIONS filed with the registry of the Court of Rotterdam, as they read according to the latest text filed there. The delivery conditions will be sent to you on request.

Deliveries
Delivery of the standard goods listed in the catalogue will take place from stock as far as possible. If this is not the case, the delivery time of the goods ordered by you will be reported to you on your request. MMG B.V. is not liable for failure to deliver or failure to deliver on time.
Payments
The payment condition is 14 days net, unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing by MMG B.V.
If the agreed payment term is exceeded, MMG B.V. is entitled to charge 1% interest per month or part thereof. This is with the exception of generators and engines, these must be paid in advance or in cash upon delivery. Goods that are not or not fully paid for remain the property of MMG B.V.
Shipments
Most orders are delivered to you by MMG B.V. on fixed days by its own delivery service. No costs are charged for this service. Shipments are always at the buyer's risk.
Returns
Returns will only be processed if the copy of the invoice and a clear written description of the complaint are enclosed. Specially ordered or manufactured products that fall outside the standard range of MMG B.V. cannot be returned. The article must also be returned in undamaged, unwritten and original factory packaging without tape, adhesive tape or (shipping) stickers, complete, unused and undamaged
MMG B.V. reserves the right to charge a percentage of 15% of the gross price of this incorrectly ordered article for the handling of articles incorrectly ordered by the customer.
Download the MMG B.V. return form, after which you fill it out completely and clearly. You must also state a reference number on the form. You can find this number at the top left of your packing slip (filling in the delivery number will speed up the procedure). Once you have completed the form, print it out and add it to the item to be returned in the box. We deliver to certain regions. You can then give your returns to our driver together with the completed return form.
Returns are always sent by the customer to MMG B.V. carriage paid. Unstamped returns will be refused.
Prices
Prices in the catalogue are in euros and exclude VAT and these prices can be changed by MMG B.V. without prior notice. The most current prices can be found at www.combinoord.nl.
