Allied in quality

In 2021, allpa Marine Equipment from the Netherlands and Germany was acquired, followed by the acquisition of Combi Noord in 2022 and, in 2023, the acquisition of Technautic and Technik fürs Boot. Since October 1, 2023, Technik fürs Boot has continued under the name allpa Technik fürs Boot GmbH. These four wholesalers play a crucial role in supplying technical-nautical products to companies in the water sports sector via an extensive catalogue and webshop. Together, the wholesalers supply more than 65,000 products from stock.

The strategic growth and synergies created by these acquisitions have strengthened our position in the market and enable us to serve our customers even better with high-quality products and expertise. We look forward to a promising future in which we continue to innovate and continue our dedication to the water sports industry.

Combi Noord

Combi Noord is a technical wholesaler with a rapidly growing customer base throughout the Netherlands that is known for providing an efficient delivery program, sound technical advice and up-to-date product knowledge. In twenty years, Combi Noord has grown into an important partner for the yacht building, automotive, bodywork and solar industry.

Technautic

Technautic focuses entirely on the water sports market. A very wide range of water sports products fills the enormous warehouse: from highly technical accessories to stylish products that make life on a boat more pleasant. Technautic informs, supplies, supports and has a high level of service.

allpa

allpa is a leading European water sports retailer, founded in 1971, the company initially focused on the sale of sailing yachts. The concurrent sale of parts created a synergy effect that was not yet recognized at the time. The extraordinary development of this activity ensured that yacht sales were terminated and that allpa could fully concentrate on the marketing of spare parts and accessories.

allpa Technik fürs Boot

Allpa TFB is a distributor in Germany for the brands Rebelcell, Flambeau Outdoors and Airmar. Fast delivery and expert advice make TFB a competent and long-term partner in the water sports and fishing market. Training, installation and fitting offer dealers and therefore their customers a clear advantage.
